Many of my customers are asking for the Parmesan Mozzarella Salmon Recipe.

Salmon (whatever size your Watta Bite Charter Captain can provide)

Marinate salmon in 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt for about 1 hour.

Place salmon in heavy duty Aluminum foil.

Season with what ever your seasonings you prefer. Lemon pepper is a good choice.

Place chunks of butter on salmon. Place on the Grill. Cook salmon until fish is done.

Coat salmon with generously with parmesan cheese. Layer a thick layer of Mozzarella cheese over the parmesan cheese.

Close grill until mozzarella is melted.

Use spatula to remove the Salmon from skin and serve on your plate.
Makes your mouth water just thinking about how good this is going to taste.
